Prismatic capsules

Hey i opened 10 prismatic capsules, but no animation or anything happend, allthough it consumed my Prisma.
I checked my armory but i had not received any copies of anything or anything new.
I restarted the game and opened 1 capsule to try if it works again and it did, but i still had not received anything for my previous 10 capsules.
Could you please help me look at what happend and if i could get my prismas back? or 10 capsules.

These posts have kinda been ignored and it's been an issue for a lot of us, including myself

The reason this happens is because you gained another hunter unlock token by leveling up your hunter pass whilst already having a max of 2.

For some reason the interface thats meant to happen doesnt seem to actually pop-up and this causes the capsule animation not to play

sad to hear, ye i did have 3 tokens while it usually says 2 is max. rip Prisma was looking forward to discovering some items as a new player.
