I haven't had this exact bug since the new patch, and I'm getting it very frequently, oftentimes multiple times per game. It's pretty much game breaking/game losing when you expect to have the dagger as an out and it simply does not work. If it was a rare bug it wouldn't be much of a problem, but I just had it happen four times in a single game, twice it resulted in me dying. All of the clips I'm sharing are from the same game.

I can recreate this bug consistently by simply turning around as the dagger is in-flight.
Seems a bit inconsistent. Sometimes I can get it over and over like in this clip, but I haven't been able to replicate it by throwing the dagger on trees or on the ground. I can get it from close range or long range, so distance probably isn't the problem. Also sometimes when I throw the dagger on the same pole but a different angle, it just never bugs.
Nevermind, I have no clue what causes this LOL
I have also just tested it on different skins and chromas, does not appear to be a skin or chroma specific bug
Also works on every dagger level 1-4

i couldnt record the clips but bush posted exactly what i have been experiencing since playing shiv from 1.0 its gotten me killed alot having the dagger either go on cooldown when u go in and cant tp back and also not blinking u back when needed shown in his later clips
