The last 5 daily code capsules I've opened have all given me, "duplicate item" prisma. 3 100's then a 250 and then another 100 (which should be 225 now according to the patch notes). I don't have a single 3 star item and I'm missing half of the perks. Am I really just that unlucky or is this a bug?

Nope, it's not just you - screenshot for evidence with patchnotes and date. This is the 3rd such capsule that I've received with 100 prisma and I also don't have any fully maxed relics or grips.
