Ping system bug or a player using a cheat

For 2 games in a row, on co-op vs AI, I've supposedly had TR8OR#4073 as Felix in my match, and he kept pinging The Heart (0, 0) for the whole game. Didn't matter if it was on playable area or in storm, didn't matter if we were in fight or not.
Also didn't respond to my chat asking if he's a human.

It either means that pinging with some keybind produces a ping at (0, 0), or there's some kind of a bot software that pings at (0, 0).

you can drop pings on the map, was he dead or afk? seems like such an obscure cheat, like why even do that and in a bot lobby no less. sounds like a bug
