Restarting the PC, restarting the router, reinstalling the game, re-logging into Steam - do not solve the problem. HELP!

Hi! Just commenting because I have the same issue, and am currently in a back-and-forth with support trying to solve the issue. Currently they are suggesting the issue may be related to a custom DNS configruation or a proxy... will update if I get this worked out.
