Hey hey just wanna bring attention to that if it's even a bug. While loading after character select my PC blue screened. I rejoined at about maybe 6-7 minute point, then played the entire rest of the game, won and I still got -35 even tho I should gain over 60 for that game. None of the teammates got any kills while I was gone. Got really frustrated I gotta say and I don't think someone who returns to the game after a crash should be punished for that 🙏

That's anti-afk penalty, not a bug.
There are some voices to overhaul it somehow but TC is fixing bugs now, not changing systems, until release
