I was playing a game as Kingpin with Underworld skin and received the Insta Vive power and used it to make Hypervives. After dying and being brought back from an ally, my RMB was replaced with the hypervive icon and I was not able to use RMB, it instead started consuming Hypervive. I had to consume all my Hypervives to get my RMB back. My screenshot did not record properly.

This happened to me twice today in different games. It happened to one of my teammates once. My dash (joule) was replaced with my item slot 3. When I pressed dash it would begin to consume my slot 3 hypervive. We were able to fix it all 3 times by dropping the consumable from our inventory.
