So I usually alt-tab out when I'm waiting in queue, but I found out that sometimes, maybe once in 5 games, it doesn't allow me to change my hunter when I switch back, it usually happen when I'm the first one to pick. Is this a bug? or I am the only one who has this issue.

I experience this problem too. It's most consequential in the hunter select lobby as described, but this game render "freeze" occurs in any context (idle menu, in match, etc.) and appears to get stuck in particular when alt-tabbing. Usually it takes some seconds and flipping back and forth after trying to interact with the windowed application to unstuck it...
