Display (?) bug about equipment in menu

If you look at any equipment in the menu it shows that it gives +20 power (wtf is even power?), as shown on pics related 1 and 2. But in game those stats are nonexistent (picture 3)

P.S. it also shows half of that on base items (in menu)
