I'm currently GM at 279 points, i've been GM/Legend for almost 3 weeks now, but my name is not showing on the leaderboard, and the visual for "Legend" is given to some players who have less points, and other players with more points are "Grandmaster".
Also, it says the top 100 become Legend, is this per region or across all regions?

when people reach legend and never play ranked again, legend icon just never updates.

I get it, now it makes sense.
But making the Legend rank across all regions just doesn't make sense to me.
