#Direct x11 tech issues since last patch

We fully reworked DX11 support on latest patch to push for better performance. It now takes a forward render approach which should lead to better GPU usage.
DX11 is still worse in the CPU side.. and DX12 should be best option if your PC supports it.
What’s your GPU and driver version?
Nvidia GTX 980 ver 576.02 I did just try another game on x12 with a mix up in the settings and it ran pretty smoothly.

Awesome, I personally playtest with a GTX980 as well, DX12 is well supported on that card, keeping drivers to latest go a long way!
i have the same issue but playing on DX12 makes my fps drop significantly and super unstable, and also crysta is super bright too
some areas of the map also looks really weird compared to last patch

mmm GTX1650 should be running DX12 smoothly.
Make sure you have latest drivers installed and perhaps clear out the local shader caches

if you have AV software, perhaps the steam or supervive folder to the Allow List, we have seen issues where AV slows file loads, which leads to shader loading hitches
I have latest graphics drivers updated, and my local shader caches is already empty
I'm not sure what is AV software, do you mind explaining if you have time?
