Storm shifts ideas #1
Elemental storm
Being in the storm does different things depending on the biome :
- Snowy biome, you're slown down.
- Desert biome, way more wind.
- Electrical/mechanic biome, lighting can randomly strike the ground.
- Swamp biome, more rain, you lose glider fuel faster
- Basic biome (center of the map), nothing change
Blood moon
Every nights are more dangerous, they are longer, the light of the moon is red and anyone who gets knocked down decays faster. On the opposite, people getting knocks get a small armor repair. You can't use any rez beacon at night.
Eye/Heart of the Storm
The Storm spawn is reversed and always start a The Heart (the storm spread from the heart like when you kill a soul). Some unique boss can spawn in the storm, when a team get's close to one, the storm deals more damage, but once he's dead, the area around him cleanse the storm temporary and drop an exotic. After 3 days, the storm start to shift towards another direction, to group the last players.
Double Deployment
Two airships are available at the beginning of the game to choose where to land. They both remotely close cross each other.
Time is money
Each day, if you kill enough people or minions/boss (killing players give way more points) you gain a prize depending on your score. Getting a teammate knock down or dead lose points. Each day reset the previous scoreboard.
Little friends
Fully clearing a zone from it's minions doesn't spawn a guardian but a friendly creature. This creature act as an ally entity if you're the first team to interact with it. The type of entity is different depending on the biome. The interaction with the Friendly creature still gives gold, exp and a power.
Abyssal meteors rain
Like the bomber storm shift, this one periodically spawns meteor all around the map creating storm circle similar to the killed souls. They still decay after a couple of seconds.
Blackout
The vision of every hunter is reduced and the oracles (radar) doesn't work. Abyssal Eye and Bubba's brain still works.
