#Thought Behind Changes

This has been slightly touched on in some other posts but it really baffles me that they're making changes like shift reset on knock and not accounting for characters like Shrike/Ghost that already have that available in their kit or characters like Joule which are now way too OP

Overlooking something as basic as that makes it feel like they're kind of just making changes and not bothering to think about them or test them in any way. Which is really annoying because then we've got to put up with it for 2 weeks when some basic QA or play testing internally would've made the issues apparent

So yeah my reason behind this post is largely because I'm wondering if they're doing any kind of QA/play testing internally before releasing patches or if they're just making wild changes without thinking of the obvious implications (which would be evident from literally just playing a few games or looking at kits)

like am i being ignorant or do others also feel like they're making changes and not testing them out?

Well, it was playtested. General feedback was negativ/concerning. Every issue was reported (heavy hunter balance issue, snowballing who ever gets the first knock, following CDs in fights getting messy cause of resets) yet they implemented it. I guess its the 'we put work into it so we add it to the game no matter the playtest feedback' kinda approach and i don't like that at all
