When using Jin, there’s a bug where only Shift and R skills are usable.
The right-click and item abilities show cooldown indicators on the ground,
but for the Q skill, nothing is displayed at all.

To begin with, only the right-click shows the cooldown indicator, and Q no longer displays it.
