According to the game, you have been stunned. I would assume that Felix pull is treated as such

Which would somewhat adds up to the damage you received, and shield being so low on early levels.

I hear you, though the focal point of the clip is at 0:04. Do you still identify myself takuing 250 damage there that I do not observe?

Hard for me to tell for sure, as shield seems to not appear even for a moment, but you wasn't just under DoT from Felix ignite, but he was directly attacking you. I was double checking, and it looks like the point of dropping is at 0:03, just before the pull (so I thought that it was a source of the CC). I would still bet on dmg factor.
I was just more that pointing out that the tossed out was due to status Stunned - which is correct.
But yea, I can agree to better report it even if it turns out to not a bug, but just a fast dmg that wasn't fully registered
