the game just freezes 100% if i alt+tab it will not get me back in the game window again. and i can't do anything other than "end task" and restart game.

Are you full screen or windowed full screen?

Does hitting Alt+Enter twice alter that behavior where you can’t alt tab?

Windowed fullscreen
I haven't tried alt+enter. I would just alt tab and no matter what I do I can't return to the game window

Well. It happened again and alt+enter did not work

3060 ti version 32.0.15.6590
And i have a monitor and a display tablet connected if thats what you mean.
