Accidentally picked vamp blade over tech blade, tried to drop it so I could get a new weapon to craft up or take from fallen foes. It permenantly removed my 2nd weapon for the game.

A mechanic should be implemented to be able to devolve equipment as well as create new equipment if you have none equipped. I have this problem often early game when I pick up any blade to fight using a Hybrid kit. Pick up a blade, then my helmet equipment is overridden despite having a free blade slot, and my loadout is ruined for the rest of the game.

hey hey! While not a perfect system yet, if you ever drop your equip (or decide you want tank items but started full glass in hunter select), you can head to any shop around the map and purchase a piece of green equipment of your choice for 2k
