Hello, i'm locked in a neverending screen when i got to the unlocking hunter screen after my first game vs bots. I can hold button and see all animations but it does nothing and comes back to the previous screen. I cant play or unlock anything, how can i solve this? Best regards and thank you

A friend of mine also have the same problem there's nothing to do
the only "fix" we found is to unlink your account from your steam on the supervive website then create another account link it to your steam and then you can add him as a friend and play with him
but when he got to the unlock screen the same issue appears
