Was at the character unlock screen. Tried the "practice character" option while queued. A match popped and after returning, went back to the character unloc screen but was unable to select a character or leave the screen.
After Alt+f4 I wasn't able to go back to the character unlock screen until level 4.
After selecting a character, now it says I've unlocked the same character twice.

When backing out of match and having two hunter unlock progressions. Player gets sent to unlock screen and when redeeming a unlock. It freezes and player stays stuck unable to redeem unlock. When relogging player has the initial redeem unlocked however, player loses second unlock therefore losing a hunter unlock from progression.

Thanks for the report! This is related to some of the issues we were having yesterday and there are some accounts that don't have all the unlocks they should. We are working to repair those accounts. I'll follow up once we believe we have addressed the issue. (The fix will be you will randomly have another hunter to unlock)

When you log in today you should be prompted to unlock heroes if you were in this state. Let me know if you are still missing unlocks!
