I have the game downloaded and installed on steam, and have been told I don't need to worry about the Redeem key on the account after merging. It's admittedly been a hot minute since I've been in a test as I've been super busy, but I've had it since the first or second wave.

When I try to get the role off the bot it comes up red, I'm not sure if I've done something wrong or it's not reading my key. Is there something more I am required to do? Or is this something that needs to be resolved another way?

My apologies as well if this is the incorrect place to ask this, I was directed here from general

I'm confused, I had it not too long ago, the blue one right? Would the role from linking not be the pink playtester one?

the server did a cleaning a few days ago, where the OG testers from steam, who signed up via a different timeline, ended up having roles removed

Odds are you haven't completed the server Onboarding or are a legacy member who's been around a long time when we didn't have it setup.

If you haven't completed the Onboarding, please do so. The role wont magically go away, but it will help us when we do our next check.

If you have completed the Onboarding but have the role still, please reach out to a moderator.
