I made a supervive account through my email and redeemed by key from the earlier playtest (I hadn't been playing initially).
I can't login to Theorycraft games to download the launcher. Does this mean my key had expired or I am not eligible for the playtest?

I see a Theorycraft account tied to this Discord account and also see that it has access to SUPERVIVE. You can try logging in at https://accounts.theorycraftgames.com to get the launcher, and if that doesn't work, resetting your password.
