When I start the game, it prompts me with this. I already tried to reinstall and it still helps.

Hello @grand yarrow - if you're able to send us the Theia.dmp file that was generated, we can look into the issue and suggest any workarounds. You can post it in this Discord thread. You can find the file in your %localappdata%\Temp\ folder, the file name will start with THEIA and end with .dmp.

When we look at the crash dump files uploaded, we see a detection of SeroXen malware present elsewhere on the computer as the source of the crash. You can use anti-malware software to remove SeroXen and launch SUPERVIVE

Here is my most recent dmp file

Did a scan and nothing came up in terms of malware

@sour thicket @amber dirge We have been seeing some other reports of this issue, can you let us know if you have antivirus enabled on your machine?

If so, please add an antivirus exception for SUPERVIVE and disable antivirus for the folder the game is installed in. We have seen some cases of aggressive antivirus where it incorrectly removes key game files which causes crash on startup.

@sour thicket Which antivirus software are you using? That'll help us determine if there's a potential incompatibility that we can patch.
