Chances are decently high you haven't actually made an account at https://accounts.theorycraftgames.com/ - maybe you pre-registered (which is different from making an account) or you have a legacy steam account that isn't connected to our Theorycraft database.
EITHER WAY, try making an account with your email - if it lets you, then finish making your account. If it doesn't let you (ie. says "this email has already been used") then use the password reset functionality. Thanks!

really bizarre issue; I can't get a verification code sent no matter what I use, firefox, chrome and incognito tab. However, I made an account on a second email and recieved the verifcation code immediately
my OG email that was invited to playtest back at the end of last year cant get a verifcation code tho
Thoroughly read through this thread again following the directions. Turns out I hadn't actually made an account before. So everyone in this situation just create a new account with your original email and you'll get the verifcation! (it had nothing to do with browsers)

Hello, I've gone ahead and done this and noticed that once this is done you cannot link an email to the account that you use Steam to sign in with - is this intended or is there a separate way to link your email?
I accidentally made two accounts as a result of this and was wondering if moving my email over was a possibility.
