Cannot install the game

Hi guys im trying to install the game after i got my key but i cannot cross this, i just press install but nothing works

for me, the selected installation path folder had to be named "Project Loki Production"

i was getting the same error as you until i renamed it to that

when i reset the installation path, the folder is already named “Project Loki Production”

I created a new Folder with that name and it worked for me thx

yes, in the c drive in it’s own folder (i only have one drive), on documents folder, on desktop folder

it needs to be named exactly "Project Loki Production"

case matters, spelling matters

for example, this was my install path: "E:\Games\etc\supervive\Project Loki Production"

it was a second folder i made to test it but if case and spelling matter i’ll give it one final try when i get home

the launcher automatically creates a folder named project loki production, that’s what i did the first time and it still did it

oh i had this issue as well, I had to change the path to something other than the root of a drive (so i made mine d:/supervive/

Sounds good. There are a couple of things that are common problems:

• Folder permissions don't allow your user to write to the selected location
• The selected folder already has files inside of it

We're working on making these errors visible in the launcher as soon as possible

Hi, i just click on the exe, it starts loading and after a few seconds it crashes

Hi again, i followed what it is in "(SOLVED) Error: Crash! The Launcher has crashed. Please send ... to the support team" post and it worked for me. But for sure this workaround must be checked since creating manually a folder in C:\Users[User]\AppData\Local and granting permission of everything doesnt seem ok

I just created a "Project Loki Production" folder in my "D:" drive and it started installing.

i have experienced the same problem as @visual gyro with the only difference being i tried using a different drive, i moved the whole launcher folder to G: and opening the launcher as admin seems to have worked

I've very much got the endless "updating" error and tried the various proposed fixes without success
To note that my computer only has got a C: drive, and that there was no log file anywhere

We just pushed a launcher update. Error messages on failed installations will now appear (some of the messages aren't great). You may need to restart your launcher which may require exiting by right clicking in the system tray and selecting quit. If you're encountering problems try exiting and restarting and sharing the error message you see.
