Can't install game

I downloaded the installer but can't get past this screen, I change the path for the install and hit confirm and the update bar shows up for a split second before disappearing, I've tried re downloading the installer, opening as admin but can't seem to install no matter what I do.

There's a few threads on this in here already, I think some said it was an anti-virus issue
