i have recieved my key but am unable to make a THEORYCRAFT account to redeem my key for test.

i have also received the 6 digit code they ask for but it fail to create the account

Try a private/incognito browsing tab maybe or another browser?

i have attempted in private/incognito and i have changed over to google chrome both are doing the same thing

might it be an issue with my display name having . in the name?

Possibly, i'm not a dev so im not totally sure but worth a try imo

also if copying and pasting code make sure it didnt grab and extra space. but seems more like a browser issue tbh.
