it's worth noting I am able to login though
it just doesn't really allow me to launch the game itself, even after the reinstall

Sounds like either the launcher not having permissions to start the game or the game crashing on launch

just did the restart and unfortunately same problem. did I send you the right logs? I wasn't able to find the exact folder you asked for

not sure if you have revo uninstaller app, but that unistaller has the option to delete remnant files that get left behind as well. I havent tried with loki personally but just a thought.
