Hi, I'm having trouble redeeming my code. Every time I enter it, I get the messages failed to complete the request.

Just FYI I've been working with this person, they have an actual 20 digit key and it's failing every time on redeeming on the TC website. Been trying for a few days now, it seems the key is glitched? Or there is an issue with the account overall.
