I already installed, uninstalled, and Re-installed both the game and the Microsoft Visual C++ x86 that the Staff provided a link to. This is the message that I get when trying to launch the game. Thank you

Well shouldn't you be installing the x64 version?

It would be very uncommon for you to need the x86 version...
