#Billing: Add-on credits not topping off.

It sounds like your Add-on credit Auto reload may be hitting the monthly spend limit and then stopping, which is expected behavior.
From the docs:
- Auto reload only purchases more credits up to your configured monthly spend limit.
- If a purchase would exceed that limit, it will not go through until you either:
- increase the monthly spend limit, or
- choose a smaller Add-on credit denomination (e.g., 400 instead of 6,500). [Add-on credits; Spend limit FAQ]
Also:
- The monthly spend limit is per calendar month and resets at the start of each month. [Add-on credits]
- You can change both the limit and the reload amount in
Settings → Billing and usage. [Add-on credits]
If you’ve already increased the limit and it still isn’t topping off, the knowledge sources don’t describe any known bug for that specific behavior. In that case, this is likely an account-specific billing issue; please email [email protected] so the team can inspect your account directly. [Emergent issue]
