It sounds like your Add-on credit Auto reload may be hitting the monthly spend limit and then stopping, which is expected behavior.

From the docs:

  • Auto reload only purchases more credits up to your configured monthly spend limit.
  • If a purchase would exceed that limit, it will not go through until you either:
    • increase the monthly spend limit, or
    • choose a smaller Add-on credit denomination (e.g., 400 instead of 6,500). [Add-on credits; Spend limit FAQ]

Also:

  • The monthly spend limit is per calendar month and resets at the start of each month. [Add-on credits]
  • You can change both the limit and the reload amount in Settings → Billing and usage. [Add-on credits]

If you’ve already increased the limit and it still isn’t topping off, the knowledge sources don’t describe any known bug for that specific behavior.
