#Changing font size in Warp Linux UI elements

Hi @hazy ridge. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
Currently, there is no direct way to change the font size of the UI elements in Warp, such as Warp Drive, Warp Essentials, the tab bar, and the Settings dialog box. This has been a common request from the community, as seen in various Github issues like issue #1443 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/1443) and issue #2628 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/2628).
The Warp team is aware of this request and they are considering implementing this feature. You can follow the progress and updates on this feature in the relevant Github issue here (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/1443).
In the meantime, you can increase the font size of the terminal using the CMD + PLUS shortcut or manually set a larger font size in the settings. Here's how you can do it:
- Open Warp.
- Go to
Settings > Appearance > Font. - Manually input your desired font size.
Please note that any subsequent use of the CMD + PLUS or CMD + MINUS shortcuts will reset the font size back to 25.
Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:
