I had a huge text (almost 1.5Mb) copied that I unknowingly pasted into my terminal, this not only made that shell unresponsive, but also made all of warp unusable and eventually crash.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. There have been several reports of similar issues with Warp where pasting large amounts of text can cause the application to become unresponsive or even crash.
For example, in issue #4475 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/4475), a user reported that the application crashes when selecting parts of a lengthy text that was pasted into Warp. Similarly, in issue #3616 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/3616), a user reported that entering a very large text blob as a command breaks command history and slows down the application.
In issue #2400 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/2400), a user reported that the application becomes slow to scroll when pasting long texts into the input editor. And in issue #5094 (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues/5094), a user reported that they were unable to scroll to the bottom of the input area with extremely long text inputs.
Unfortunately, as of the time of these reports, these issues were still open and being investigated by the Warp team. I would recommend keeping an eye on these issues for updates and potential fixes.
