Good day.

Today I started to use warp, and in my workflow I use ctrl-j/ctrl-m as enter and ctrl-i as tab as any other normal terminal but here the setup was changed as a new line.

I'm trying to change it in the keyboard shortcut but it's not posible

Hi @clever garden. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

I understand that you're having trouble setting up Ctrl-J/Ctrl-M as Enter and Ctrl-I as Tab in Warp. Based on the knowledge sources provided, it seems that other users have also reported issues with certain keyboard shortcuts not being recognized or behaving as expected in Warp. For example, one user reported that Ctrl-[ should behave as Esc, but it doesn't, and another user reported that they couldn't assign Ctrl + Tab as a keyboard shortcut.

Unfortunately, the knowledge sources don't provide a solution to this issue. It might be a good idea to report this issue to the Warp team so they can investigate and potentially fix it in a future update. You can do this by opening a new issue on the Warp GitHub page (https://github.com/warpdotdev/Warp/issues).

In the meantime, you might want to check if there are any system-level keyboard shortcuts that could be interfering with your desired Warp shortcuts. One user reported that their issue was resolved after they checked their system preferences and found that the keyboard shortcut they wanted to use in Warp was already bound to something else at the system level.
