#Automatic compact food farm 🍙

How does it work?
The Seed Extractor collects the berries harvested by one Robot Farm Arm and converts each berry into two seeds. These seeds are then used to keep the plantation running continuously. The second Robot Farm Arm simply harvests the berries and sends them directly to storage
This way, one farm slot is dedicated to generating seeds to sustain production, while the other slot focuses on producing berries
By combining two setups, you can create systems like this as well
5/6~ per hour
I don’t think so. One is grow every 10 minutes, but considering the time the Seed Extractors take to process and turn it into a seed, I believe it’s somewhere around that
If u calculate every piece, Bar and everything u need to make a farm that makes 100an hour, i give u 50 bucks
To build a farm that produces 100 per hour, you would need to redesign the structure to make it more compact and efficient. The actual cost would likely be around these numbers, but I would include a 20–30% margin of error, since the final amount of materials could end up being higher
To produce 5 per hour, you would need:
15
64
48
4
(Mechanical Part) 2
(Seeds) 2
So, to produce 100 per hour, you would need:
300
1280
960
80
(Mechanical Part) 40
(Seeds) 40
I’ll probably end up building one in my world that produces somewhere around 50-100 per hour. If I do, I’ll post it here
bet, you can hit me up anytime too
What I did, but without being compact.
I made this layout like I mentioned before. I’m cooking 8 dishes every ~12 minutes, so that’s 40 per hour. If you just want to make the berry, you can skip the pots and go straight along the path. If you want more dishes/berry, just duplicate the entire layout.
The full layout contains 4 squares, as you can see. Each square makes 2 dishes every 12 minutes.
The materials for the full layout would be roughly around this, with a margin of error of 10%-20%:
240
1024
768
64
(Mechanical Part) 32
(Seeds) 32
The materials for the square layout would be roughly around of:
60
256
192
16
(Mechanical Part) 8
(Seeds) 8
i loe your design it works so well. i did my best to compact it just a bit to make it more tileable. though i imagine considerably more expensive too haha
Ok ok i see ur vision but dont u think u can make the travle time shorter for each seed/berry/ food in general?
The thing that i see is y dont u guys try ro build AROUND a sprinkler?
Oh, nice layout. It's more compact than mine on a large scale. I liked it
Build myself a wood farm like this half of it gets sawn into planks runs 200 an hour at minimum
I dont think the woodfarm needs further automation and works better like this
I guess that now all crops have a chance to be golden, and golden crops don't give seeds when put through the extractor right? So gradually your supply of seeds will be depleted with this design :[
Placing a seed extractor and splitting half of them off going into a chest should ensure you have more then enough on reserve to reintroduce you get 2 seeds per crop anyway keeping them circling around is gonne seriously clog up your lines when they double up every time your factory has a harvest
This one's sick
Others were lowkey overthinking this
completed build: in this build I used 2 sets per type of crops. output about 80 normal vegies and 6 golden per hr per type of crops. with 4 sections like this, total you will get about 300-350 normal and 20-30 golden crops
are you able to make a picture of 1 of these tiles sets? ( ithink it is 4 of those smaller ones?)
Can this be used to cook golden crops? Or just regular crops?
Im gonne copy the one from dakons madhouse
i would recomend against it atleast the smaller version just makes a bajillion seeds
Nah im thinking bigger connect automatic fishing and cooking to it as soon as you put in a seed extractor in that will happen anyway
