shcolar's staff
because it has +42% magic damage on 19lvl, reinforced.
With non-breaking blocks like sun caller, not rng like chaos staff.
But this is not a 100% correct. Only my opinion.

Atm in terms of magic damage my sun caller staff was upgraded with the first gem and I do a lot of mining so. And the sorcerer armor set with the skull ring and necklace and blue leather tome
And the teleport thing that has the tiny magic buff
I got the monk set too which I’m assuming is better than the sorcerer set if you are going for more damage instead of magical armor
