Idk how hard it is to find but I can’t find it in chest and I’m not too far into...
It’s fairly easy. I just used a scarab bomb staff or whatever it’s called for minings and I just searched for chests in the lava biome and found like 3 lava axes fairly quick

A wood farm is easy
Just find a root seed and get a hoe. Hoe down the dirt and place the root seed at the top and wood will start growing downwards
When it grows you can break the wood but there will be on wood block that has green on it
That one you don’t destroy since it’s the seed block as long as you don’t the destroy that one the wood will keep growing
