I got help in #⚡-circuitry ,
Basicly it has a circuit that makes a long input to a very short one and a t-flip-flop, the hard part was having 3 different circuits that couldn't touch

ive just been playing to much minecraft making wierd sht with redstone, and factori games

also i have plans to have wire's for all the different ore's, aka in the smelting room i got a lever for each ore and flicking it turn's off production for that ore
