how do i get the marked tin conveyor belt across the other two?
if seems you can't, there's no way to across that
the only way you can put is like this

you could use some well placed mechanical arms
You could use robot hands to cross the conveyer lines
You have to move the conveyer line up where I drew the red line, all the X spots are hands
