It’s way better
Max upgrade, it’s stupid.
Ivy’s armor and Atlantean worm helmet, with ancient gem set as accessories. Omoroth’s claw, scarlet lantern, and morpha’s. Spine ring for bosses, topaz ring for general enemies. Build pet for the 3x damage bonus trait, and take skills for melee speed and crit damage.

I think swapping out the armor and necklace for Scarab Harness, Scarab Legs, Ra-Akar’s Necklace and Atlantean Worm Helmet is better but idk, I always do my tests with no food buff so it might be different for you
