Hey, we had a great event where I played like 20 songs on Core Keeper Instruments. Devs, I heard you look at these. Please add 2 more octaves of range to the instruments. They desperately need them! I don't know how they could be effectively mapped, but leave that to players! I can certainly make it work. Credit to @dawn fable who attended the concert and made recordings!

Your classical rendition at 1:45 - 2:04 was the best music I’ve heard made in this game
Amazing stuff
Sometimes parts of the song just FIT inside the lines and I can actually go nuts on the keyboard
until then its all still very amateur hour
Oh yeah I imagine you have to switch around keys and notes quite a lot. Like you said we definitely need more octaves
but hell if it's allowed I'd totally call myself the Virtuoso of CKO
loved the Zelda Theme on the Ocarina !!
Thanks! I wanna do a lot more Zelda stuff, and in more detail!
Go right ahead! There’s no requirement needed to join technically
Absolutely amazing job! I didn't think it was possible to play Für Elise only using one note at a time that sounded good. Well Done!
BTW, I was wondering how exactly you set this up. Did you use default settings? Custom settings? A program?(Not doubting your skills, just very impressed:)
I've been experimenting with a few setups on my computer with some custom python, that i've written. My first attempts were just making simple macros with the keys pre programmed
After that, I developed a script that mapped the keys of my casio To the game keys needed to play instruments, so I didn't have to use the lousy pc keyboard and playing chords was easier
From there everything was played by hand, Though on some of the more complex pieces I saved my attempts as midi files and adopted the script to play those back. I did this for a couple of songs, including the smash mouth song, so I could move my mouse to the beat
My suspicions were that you figured out how to hook a electronic piano to Core keeper some how. But this is much more impressive
