Found a good training method today and after a few hours, got to 100 and got this achievement with 0.1% lol

Forgot to share the training method.
All you need are 4 spawners, a 2x5 area, one lever, a few wires, 4 fences, slime staffs and the trophy of any enemy that doesn't destroy walls when idle and doesn't agro behind fences (So no worms, ogres or ranged enemy trophies).
Try to raise your critical chance to the highest possible, so that you get the mana regen from critical hits at the tier 2 magic skills.
Basically, every shot of the slime staff is gonna hit anywhere from 1 to 4 enemies and possibly get at least one, but up to 4 critical hits, which will regen from 10% to 40% mana per hit.
You can set a weight on the key or get an auto-clicker to press the key for you and let your character shooting.

You find them in the ||shimmering frontier alien arenas ||after you beat it, you can collect them off the ground by mining it.
