I've mentioned pineapple on pizza a lot recently (I'm really passionate about it, okay?), but I think we need to open up a discussion about pizza in general. What're your preferences? Fave toppings, type of cheese, style of crust, even down to whether or not you fold your slices!

I'm a simple person, I like a good garlic mushroom (divisive, I know) on a Neapolitan style crust with plenty of char. And you better believe I fold that bad boy. Wow, I'm hungry now 😅

One of my current favorites (but from a restaurant) is a deep dish pizza made with a Ranch white sauce that has Chicken and Crumbled Bacon for toppings!

As for the faster delivery options, I enjoy a cheese stuffed crust pizza with plain red sauce topped with ham, mushroom, and Italian sausage. 😋

I'm a fan of HOT pizza's. My local place does one they call the Firehole

.. its a special 14" deep pan pizza with a spicy bolognaise sauce and mince lamb base, oodles of four types of cheese, pepperoni, salami, chorizo, ham, jalapenos and mixed peppers ... I normally get a drizzle of garlic&herb sauce on top to 'cool' it down a little

they cut a 2" hole at the centre which is ringed with ground beef and chicken tikka meatballs around a pot of sirachi hot fire sauce. (You can also ask to keep the cutout, but I never do .. pretty sure I get extra doses of toppings, because the staff then get to eat the cutout 🙂 )

my kids have a challenge where they try to get through a slice of the pizza without needing water (they haven't done this in ~2years)

we also get a 10" half ham and chicken with half pepperoni as they have an offer for buy one pizza get one half price .... and a large tray of chips/fries (which all gets shared out too) ... plus a can of drink each

.. and that is our go-to pizza order .. comes in at a respectable low price of £25, delivered 🙂

I almost never get to choose, but I love onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños on mine. Shame the rest of my household hates anything green in their food.

Anything that isn't authentic italian pizza or has pineapple on it

I like self-rising crust and lots of cheese on my pizza. Recently found a place that has a spicy pizza sauce that I didn't know I loved until I tried it. 😄

I just get plain cheese, and if the restaurant has those pepper flakes, I dump a whole bunch onto the pizza and eat it 😌

While I do enjoy pineapple pizza as well, my go to one has to be pizza diavola just because I really love spicy food. Also a Margherita is one of my favourites because with it you can tell, if the pizza place actually makes good pizzas or not.
