How did you start building it?
I cleared out a huge part in azeos wilderness. I used a mod so i can dig/place/color up to 7x7 tiles and one of the Hammers which made it a lot easier

I wish I knew that, never actually looked at the stats. It also depends what effect you need. Speed, regeneration, melee dmg, ranged dmg, armor...

so this is useless if you are trying to show people food combinations, unless you share the stats for each and I know that'll take a long time, so asking for a world file could be easier. There is a community world file shared on github, you can still get credit if you upload and publish it there. I personally just want a copy for reference to stats, but to try and claim credit for this would just be absurd.

I would have to say the best overall food would be either the
Epic Filling Berry Cereal:
