I had a gorgeous lake in the wilderness that I absolutely adored, but I ventured too far in exploring and it got fully corrupted. After asking here, I found out how to purify the water and more than 3.5 real life hours and 7+ shovel repairs later, I'm finally done. Screenshots are my progress at the end of last week's session (I play once a week with a friend for a couple hours), and then the end of today's (they graciously kept the server up longer so I could finish up the tail end of fixing it).
Hopefully next week I can actually go back to doing progression things and being useful again!
