How do you get all the structures in the very top left?

you need a better pickaxe/mining damage to get those

[exotic robin]

for early gameplay, wearing larva armor set + caviling pant, iron pickaxe, rock & stone rings should do the trick =] (all reinforced)
I think my mining lvl at the tme was around 50-60
