Please develop a Player vs Player (PvP) mode for NGS. Introducing PvP expands its replayability, social engagement, and long-term player retention. It also gives weekend players a way to stay engaged.
PSO2 base features the Battle Arena, which is still active and enjoyed by dedicated fans to this day. Just look at Saturday and Sunday at 8am US Pacific times. There's also Discord servers dedicated for PVP junkies. This demonstrates that there is strong interest in competitive mode.
NGS lacks a comparable system, leaving a gap for players seeking competitive or skill-based gameplay beyond NGS events/stories or general weekend play. Introducing PvP would not only appeal to returning players, but also attract new players who enjoy multiplayer competition.

Instanced PvP Arenas: Balanced, matchmade environments separate from open-world exploration.
Multiple Modes:
- 4v4 or 8v8
- Objective-based modes (e.g., capture points, energy collection)
- Free-for-all
Class Balance Adjustments:
- PvP-specific tuning to ensure fairness across all classes.
- Standardized gear
- Ranked & casual queues
- Weekend Events & Bonuses: Increased rewards, special modes, or limited-time events to boost activity during peak times.
- Cosmetic & Reward Incentives: Unique titles, emotes, weapon camos, and seasonal rewards to encourage participation.
