Topic: Remove the need for a salon pass to change Iris Vertical Position.
Reason: Horizontal movement is already unbound by passes thus it doesn't make any sense for vertical movement to be bound by salon passes.
Why: This is another customisation quality of life change. Considering you can already move the horizontal position of your iris in the salon, it seems a little illogical to make vertical movement require a pass. Assuming horizontal is unbound because eyes come in different shapes and sizes, it only makes sense to also have vertical unbound too as, even more than horizontal, the upper and lower portion of the eye shows different details.
Additional Reasons: This is just to give players more freedom over their creations and customisation. This also would allow different eye placements to be saved in lookbooks, thus giving players more reason to experiment with more eyes!
