whew, checked you guys out. lots of banned items and enchantments. Not even vanilla this hard. Im out.

So which is it? The banned items page says you cannot ever get Mending, even if you get it legitimately through loot and whatnot. But now you say everything can be earned through progression.
Can I earn mending, infinite beef, chainsaw enchantments, botany pots, and mystical seeds? You just state that the above is not just banned, but also can be got through exploration, rp, progression, and playing.
Who on the server has mystical seeds, mending, and botany pots?

seems weird af, honestly, for an Overclocked All The Mods pack banning that stuff. why not play PLUS or just Cobblemon
Its weird. I could get mending, or dig up 2-5 diamonds each time I want to repair my stuff. Like, you are purposefully gatekeeping and forcing people to play how you want in a modified modpack when it is just making it more grindy.
no clue about vein mining, but if no chainsaw, i would assume no vein mining. Which, again, just forcelocks people to play a specific style.
I could just tnt my farm constantly, get the logs, put down more dirt and replant trees and just make an eyesore of a farm right next to town. I mean, thats legal
Update your listing to state forced RP and gatekept to force RP. It didnt indicate that the RP was forced.
Also, might be better to play an actual stardew valley pack - Society Sunlit Valley
so? you want a RPG word where you can store billions of items in a small box at the foot of your bed, along with pokemon, but cant accept that you can macially repair items with experience that you get from killing things or growing things or ining things.
add cobblemon to it, make your own special pack

As said previously, you don't have to play this server if it isn't for you. While I'm sure constructive criticism is welcome, this is beyond that at this point.
There are plenty of other servers listed for you to try
