I am not someone that is qualified to speak or teach you meditation but I am certainly the one that wants to share its effectiveness and perhaps the importance of having a daily meditation.
We are in the world with increased distraction and we focus too much on unnecessary feelings that take away our shine , ability to process information efficiently and correctly , being deprived of peace and clarity.
Meditation is all about going deep inside yourself ,cleansing and exploring your potential.
There are numerous benefits such as better focus , peace, better sleep (the one everyone struggles with😵💫 ), stress relief ,emotional well being so on and so forth ....
We got this tool which most people don't know of and if they might they might avoid it for some reasons.
One of the question may arise ,is meditation for everyone ?
While it is beneficial it might not suite everyone .In my opinion this is because everyone is unique and everyone has a different state of mind , meaning one needs a different approach to meditation .
Something you should know about meditation, is that for some the effect comes swiftly while for other it takes time. This means you will require to make this a consistent practice to achieve the beneficial results.
As we know the mind can drag us a miles through a thought. Have you ever had one thought that dragged you to the second and so on , until you realise that you are completely somewhere else? This is the mind being restless and creating chains of thought process. The question is why? This may have different factors which we will not discuss for as yet. But one thing for sure , it is either not in peace or it triggers memory which were the most vivid which is the process.
So why create this peaceful place?
this is where you can explore meditation and share your thoughts and experience! It is my mission that everyone has access to meditation and implements for well being.

I usually like to do 5-10 minutes guided meditation before studying to dive deeper into my focus.

I've been doing meditation for a long time.......... like since the starting of 2022........ and yea somedays were skipped but the changed I've seen in my body are insane
Right now, it's like whenever I do exercise..... I always do a 5 - 10 minute meditation after it........ and it doesn't matter how much headache is there, or bad mood, etc.......... after doing exercise and then that 5 - 10 minute meditation everything falls apart beautifully and headache or anything goes away.......... that's why it became the favorite time of my day.......
Same it helps me focus even more during my focus session

I was feeling a bit like my mental health is not on the track........ the headaches...... the confusions........ the delays in taking decisions....... not able to think clearly......... that's what made me start meditating....

Yesterday , I was able to meditate for 3,5 minutes before bed , got so relaxed that I almost fell asleep 😅

Yea, i'm meditating regularly before sleeping for about 3-5 minutes
Did it in the morning right after working out so my mind and body were refreshed it was amazing
Except I kept having to push thoughts out of my head and got distracted

Well, going pretty well, like I've been doing it after my workout and it really helps a lot in curing headaches or bad moods.
