Boku dake ga inai machi (Erased): A short anime - only one season. I watched with enjoyment. The main subject is solving crime and time travel. It isnt focused on action, it is focused on story. I loved the sounds, watched it 4 years ago and i still remember the sounds from the anime. I don't want to say any detail cause it is a short anime and anything might be a spoiler.

Hikaru no go, it's an anime about the wonderful game of go. It shows the development of the main character Hikaru while he grows in his go career.

Shogugeki no soma (food wars).
it's... weird sometimes but the story and protagonists are well written and the recipes are legit, i tried some and loved them all.

Girls last tour. Only one season, but a really great watch. Answers the question of what happens after the world ends, and is actually a quiet and sweet show.

Don't know if this falls under the category of underrated , but Gintama is by far, one of my absolute favourites. Beware though, you need to have good knowledge of Japan and its culture(and anime too) to appreciate the humour in this anime. Enjoy if you do decide to give this anime a shot.

Weirdddd is least of the descriptions you could give to this anime. The very first episodes give an eerie feeling which gets intensified later on. It takes on the whole paranormal and mystery aspect and deals with it pretty good. I'm just a huge fan of paranormal and weirdness combined, so maybe its just me, but it was amazingg. Well yeah, the last episode was just... let's just pretend it didnt happen😂, they rushed it. Overall, a very strange story about a curse prevailing that leads to multiple deaths of students and people related to class 9-C of a school... and just check it out, its awesome

If you like gore and action, give this one a go. It's pretty dark, so be warned. The character development of the protagonist is definitely my favorite part.
